The National Weather Service is predicting “severe weather” to move into Calhoun County at approximately 4 p.m.
Heavy rainfall and local flash flooding are included in the forecast. The storms are predicted to continue past midnight with the rainfall moving out New Year’s Day morning. Temperatures are expected to remain in the 60s through today (Dec. 31) and drop only into the 50s on New Year’s Day.
