Lady Cougars fall in state quarterfinals

Calhoun Academy Lady Cougars’ season came to an end Wednesday night at the Class A State Tournament at Rebul Academy.

The Lady Cougars were defeated by top-ranked Briarfield 71-40 in the state quarterfinals at Learned.
