By JOEL McNEECE Calhoun City continued its roll Monday night against Vardaman as the Wildcats cruised to a 93-35 victory. Ricky Whaley led all scorers with 13 points. Dominique Cook added 12, Charlie Easley and Tabarrius Coffey 10 each. Donta Walker led Vardaman with nine points. The Lady Wildcats rallied from a 13-point deficit at halftime and a 6-point deficit entering the third period to win 50-48 over the visiting Lady Rams. Calhoun City’s Miesha Armstrong led all scorers with 22 points. Ariel Fox and Sarica Coffey each scored 11 for the Lady ‘Cats. Kelsey Nelson led Vardaman with 17 points. Sharmayne Douglas scored 10 for the Lady Rams. Calhoun City plays at Houston Friday to conclude their regular season. Their region tournament will be at Bruce next week.
