Calhoun Academy has opened the baseball season with a pair of wins.
They began with a 14-1 win at Immanuel. Dusty McGee, pictured at left, earned the win in both games.
Monday they rallied for a 15-10 win at home over Central Academy from Macon. Pictured below is first baseman Forrest Shoemaker pulling in a throw to first as a Central base runner dives bag to the bag.
The Cougars next game is March 19 at Winona.
