Bruce Sawmill Festival is underway

The 22nd Annual Bruce Sawmill Festival is underway with arts and crafts on the square, kids’ games, lots of food vendors and more. The live music will begin tonight as will the art show at the Bruce Museum. See the full schedule below.

Thursday, July 11
7 p.m. Aqua King and Queen Pageant – Registration at 6 p.m. Admission is $2.

Friday, July 12
6 p.m. Bruce Forestry Museum open. See the progress that has been made and enjoy the A/C.

6 p.m. Opening Ceremony – Welcome by Mayor Rudy Pope and Sawmill Festival Queen Elizabeth Hathorne. National Anthem by Janae Harrelson.

6:15 p.m. Lyrix performs

7 p.m. The Flames – Motown

Saturday, July 13
7 a.m. Registration for the 5K “Run for History”

8 a.m. 5K/2K “Run for History” begins

9 a.m. Sawmill Festival Golf Tournament at Yoda Creek Golf Club; Show and Shine Car Show north of Square; Opening ceremonies in the gazebo – welcome by Mayor Rudy Pope and Sawmill Festival Queen Elizabeth Hathorne. National Anthem by Satrina Massey.

9:30 a.m. Calhoun County Youth perform

10:30 a.m. Ashley Tutor performs

11:30 a.m. Ellis Family performs

12:30 p.m. Anna Kate Vanlandingham performs

1:30 p.m. Kim Burt performs
