Big Creek will host its annual MayFest celebration this Saturday with lots of activities for all ages.

The opening ceremony will take place at 9 a.m. and include a salute to all veterans.
The one-day festival will feature lots of music, vendors, food offerings, mule and wagon rides, fresh ground corn meal with a 1906 grist mill, and jumpers and games for the kids.
Among the singers scheduled to perform are Michelle Ruth, Michelle Skinner, Jess Moore, Earl Logue, Justin Gates, Without A Doubt, Calvary Strings, Masters Quartet, Jonathan Ellis family, and Good Times Express.
A yard sale will also be held with proceeds benefiting David Ellett.
